Got this new desk from the store for $27. It was actually a display model. Now I have a desk to work on.
Panasonic toughbook cf-c1 with its docking station.
The docking station adds a few usb ports, a vga port, a hdmi port, a eSATA port and also a dics player, which is what cf-c1 lacks.
I found an old tv in the apartment.
Add a video converter (from vga to AV or SVIDEO), which connects my cf-c1 to an old-school TV.. So now I can watch some old cartoons, old movies and play some old video games with my old-school TV.
Note: Use the SVIDEO output instead of av output. The latter flicks in a crazy fashion. SVideo port has 4 pins (except the ground), while AV port has only 1 pin. Using the av port is like transferring all the information in only one road with the presence of crazy interference of the old fashion tv. With a cheap converter like mine, this just won't work.
Playing Pac-Man with this namco plug and play console. Working really well with the old tv.
